Courtyard by Marriott & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru hires a new F&B Manager
Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Marriott India’s first dual branded hotel announced the appointment of Yaman Rai as its new Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager.
Bringing over nine years of experience from the restaurant and hospitality industry, he will oversee the food and beverage operations at the establishment. As the F&B Manager, he will bring his wealth of experience and innate skills to manage the restaurant operations with impeccable leadership and detail.
Rai started his career as a Hotel Operation Trainee at the Grand Mercure Bengaluru in 2010 and then moved to ibis and Novotel Bengaluru Techpark as a Team Leader. He was based at the dual branded Accor hotel until 2017 and had worked in various capacities in the restaurant and banquet divisions. Later he moved to Pullman New Delhi Aerocity as Director of Outlets & Bar and was subsequently promoted as Director of Events. His most recent role was Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The Grand New Delhi.
Commentating on his new appointment, he said, “I am incredibly excited to assume my role at Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru ORR, an establishment that is supremely successful and upholds a very notable reputation in the region.”
When away from work, Rai enjoys singing, play writing and reading novels.
