An environmentally-sensitive Indian hotel chain – Fern Hotels and Resorts has added a new hotel to its portfolio with the launch of Viola Beacon Resort in Lonavala, Maharashtra. This is the 56th hotel which is managed by the company.
“This is the first hotel opened by the company this year and we plan to open more than 20 properties going forward,” said the group’s COO, Suhail Kannampilly.

Conversation Café is an all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant, offering a wide range of local and global food and beverage selections. Located on the first floor, the 40 cover cafe serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and all-day snacks and savouries.
