Brand USA is gearing up for its eighth India sales mission which will take place in Chennai, Mumbai and New Delhi from September 22-27. A delegation of 35 companies and 47 delegates from the United States is expected to take part in the sales mission.
In another significant news, Brand USA India crossed the 12,200+ badge mark in May 2019 on the USA Discovery Program, Brand USA’s official online agent training tool about the diverse destinations and experiences available in the USA. The program allows the travel industry to be accredited as USA specialists.
This will be the eighth annual Sales Mission to India providing an interactive platform for U.S. DMOs, hotels, attractions and suppliers to interact directly with tour operators, travel agents, meeting and incentive agents and media.
The main focus is to educate the Indian travel industry on the limitless potential of the U.S. as a travel destination, create awareness and encourage leisure travellers from India to visit the U.S.
In addition to returning to Mumbai and New Delhi, the 2019 mission includes Chennai, bringing even more opportunities for local suppliers to meet with top travel buyers from India.
