Pronab Sarkar the Chairman; Rajnish Kaistha & Debjit Dutta declared Co-chairmen for 2019 IATO Convention in Kolkata
Host State West Bengal is all set to witness the 35th Annual Convention of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) which will be held from September 12-15, at the newly opened ITC Royal Bengal hotel in Kolkata.
IATO President – Pronab Sarkar will be the Chairman of the upcoming convention. The association’s Honorary Joint Secretary – Rajnish Kaistha and IATO West Bengal Chapter Chairman – Debjit Dutta will play the role of Co-chairmen.
The inaugural ceremony of the 2019 IATO Convention will be held at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre in the capital city of Kolkata on September 12. All other business sessions and other functions will be held at the ITC Royal Bengal Kolkata.
IATO’s last convention in Kolkata was held in 2002 and the association leadership believes that it will be an apt opportunity for its members to visit the “City of Joy” after 17 years and experience the developments and new tourism products that have come up in West Bengal over the years.
The theme of the convention and the panel discussion topics are still being finalised.
The event will end on September 14 followed by a closing dinner.
